Citizen Watches
The company was established in 1924. The founding fathers selected the name Citizen so it would be “Close to the Hearts of People Everywhere” and soon after adopted the company’s formal name, Citizen Watch Company
During the last seventy-five years Citizen has expanded its business throughout the world and has achieved recognition as the global brand. The past twenty-five year period has coincided with the company’s dramatic rise to its current position as the world’s largest watchmaker, a distinction Citizen has held every year since 1986.
Beyond sheer size, Citizen is also recognized as a worldwide leader in advanced technology. From the world’s slimmest LCD watch to the first voice recognition watch and the world’s first professional dive watch with an electronic depth sensor, Citizen’s record of “world’s firsts” is unmatched.
More recently, Citizen has staked out a new position as the leader in Ecologically Friendly timekeeping with its Eco-Drives watches that are light powered. Choosing Watch Strap and Timex Resin Strap Watch Review
By : Helson Su

Watch Straps
Looking for watch strap, it is easy to find where it is sold, but it is not easy to consider which one is suit for us. Here some questions for you in choosing the right one.
What strap will suit you?
Activities: Ask yourself, are you an active/sporty person, sweat a lot, need a flexible and tough watch band or do you need a watch which will complement your outfit?
How you use your swatch watch will determine what type of watch strap you should buy. Do not just buy straps based on the design and color but consider what, when and how you use your watch will be a crucial point in making that choice.
What strap suit your watch?
This sounds like a silly question but it’s really very important that your sporty watch don’t get match with an elegant strap while your loud, color Swatch gets paired with a plain old leather strap.
Shall I buy the same strap I had been wearing before?
Yes, should you? You may go for this option almost immediately because it just seems right and logical to buy back the original strap (if you can find them) as it suits your watch well. But you may prefer variety. Time for a change! Another good reason for buying back the same strap is value. Consider someday you may want to sell off the Swatch watch. Do you know that having the original/same type of straps makes the value of your watch go up higher especially for potential collectors?
How many types of Swatch Watch Straps/Bands are there?
Basically, most of us think that there are three types of Swatch straps:plactics, leather, metal.
Let’s take an example of one tiny section labeled under Standard Gents.
Under this category you find ‘standard’ plastic straps
- ‘standard’ leather straps
- flex straps (elastic, metal straps. Comes in many colors and 2 sizes)
- flip lock strap (usually made of metal. Used mainly with Swatch Irony watches)
- elastic pop straps (only used for pop swatches)
- other straps
Hope these questions can find out what watch strap is suit for you. Here I review one product for you.

TAG Heuer traces its roots to the small Swiss village of St-Imier where, in 1860, a watchmaker named Edouard Heuer opened his first shop. His vision was to create remarkable timepieces that pushed the envelope of innovation and precision. The company’s reputation grew, and Heuer’s first patent for a chronograph mechanism in 1882 was followed by a long list of achievements: the first stopwatch accurate to 1/100 of a second, the first dashboard stopwatch for race cars, the first miniature electronic timekeeping device accurate to 1/1000th of a second, and the first automatic movement with a microrotor, to name just a few.

To this day, TAG Heuer maintains a close association with the world of competitive sports and enjoys a devoted following among sports celebrities and enthusiasts.
